In this article I'll list a couple of tips for those that are interested in cutting your own hair. To begin cutting your own hair make sure that your hair is well washed and that the hair is free from tangles. This way the hair can be cut evenly throughout and you will not have to worry about having the scissors get snagged. Now make sure that you have a bottle of water with a spray nozzle attached to it. Having a spray bottle close by can help to dampen the spots around the skull that has dried. It's important to keep the hair wet. This way it cuts a lot easier than dry hair and it's easier to measure the cuts. A good rule to have is to cut a little at a time and try to be patient. The procedure can take some time because you are the one that is cutting your own hair.
If you are beginning this procedure make sure that you have a clear picture in your head of what you want the hair to look like other wise you'll be cutting way too much or way too little.
